Cheap Ceremony Decor

I stumbled upon this picture on Wedding Bee the other day. Since we are doing baby's breath, I think it would look really nice.

Surprisingly enough, this look was done by folding 8 1/2 by 11 sheet of paper into a triangle. Then, some ribbon was wrapped around the paper, and some baby's breath was placed in it.

Voila.

LOVE IT!

Talk about cheap and easy!!!

FLOWERS ARE RIDICULOUS!!!

So, we had the meeting with the florist on Saturday. It went really well until she gave us the final total.

We asked this florist for the same exact stuff as the other florist, yet somehow the florist from Saturday wanted to charge us $971!!!! What the heck?! Do they think I want this kind of plant for my wedding or something?!

She wanted to charge us $40 for EACH bridesmaid bouquet! WE ARE ONLY DOING BABY'S BREATH PEOPLE?!

It was absolutely absurd.

So, my mom and I took your great advice and attempted to make them ourselves. If they turned out okay, then it would only cost about $5.00 per bouquet rather than $40!

So, how did they turn out?

We will have to save that for another post. ;)

I know, I am mean, right?!

It is worth the wait!

Have any florists tried to take advantage of you?!

Babys Breath Centerpieces

Katie over at the Indecisive Bride has just recently posted about a beautiful floral arrangement that she has put together.

Isn't it just drool worthy?!

In her post, she gave instructions on how she put it together! Head over there and take a look! :)

Cheap Chic Bouquets

One word... WOW.

Source

If you don't get the picture above, then we must have a talk later ;)

Just when I thought I had the flowers all picked out for my bridesmaids, I stumbled upon the prettiest bouquet that I have seen in a LONG time. Plus, the ribbon matches my colors!!! Take a look at these beauties!!!

What do you guys think? I really want a bouquet of white roses, and I was thinking about how pretty it would be having a picture of these for my bridesmaids bouquets with my white roses in the center.

What do you think? Are they better than my idea for my junior bridesmaids?

There are WAY too many decisions to make...
