Brides Bitches

Choosing your bridesmaids can be a very difficult task. Many people want to make sure that the number of groomsmen match the number of bridesmaids, others want to keep the number of bridesmaids small, and others have their whole family standing up for them. This is something that should be thought about long and hard. The more bridesmaids you have, the more flowers you have to buy (assuming you use bouquets), the more bridesmaids gifts you have to purchase, and well, it gets expensive. For me, choosing my bridesmaids was an easy task.

MOH
- We will call her #4. This is my sister. There are 5 of us girls, so my dad had us number ourselves to keep each other straight on the phone. I am #5 and my MOH is #4. We have been SO close growing up. She is definitely one of my BEST friends ever. I couldn't imagine a better MOH.

In no particular order:
BM#1 - We will call her #3. If you read the previous paragraph, then you will know that this it my sister as well.
BM#2 - This is my FSIL. She is one year younger than I am, and she is such an amazing person. We have become really close over the past few years.
BM#3 - We will call her LP. She has been my bestie and partner in crime since Freshman year of HIGH SCHOOL. Love this girl.
BM#4 - We will call her CG. She is one of those girls that will have my back forever, and I have hers too. One of my best friends ever.
BM#5 - We will call her KS. She has been one of my best friends since KINDERGARTEN!!!
BM#6 - We will call her TV. She is my niece, and is only 4 years younger than me. We grew up together like we were sisters.

So there are my 7 bridesmaids.

Having that many bridesmaids, all different shapes and sizes, made dress shopping a little difficult. I switched colors SO many times. I just couldn't make up my mind. Finally, ALL of my bridesmaids got together and we went shopping, and what do you know... we found the perfect dresses at our first stop!

Drumroll please....

The picture does not do it justice. Honestly, seeing it on the rack does not do it justice either. I kept referring to it as the "Ugly dress". Then one of my bridesmaids tried it on, and we were all in aww at how beautiful it was. Not only is it a flattering style, but the color was beautiful too.

So, in finding the perfect bridesmaid dresses, we found our colors as well. We are doing the fern green with gold as an accent color. How beautiful will that be in October?!

So, with that said, I will leave you with a random link (since I already linked to Davids Bridal):

Take care until next time,
